Due to the nature of our limited releases, all sales are final.

Return Policy:

 

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, click here to submit your return. 
If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Cherry LA's responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.
Due to the nature of the Archive Sales, all sales are final no exchanges will be permitted.

Order Changes:

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.

Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be Cherry LA's responsibility if unmet.

What is "Free returns" coverage?:

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange for FREE.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. 

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders are protected with complimentary protection with the following terms & conditions:

    1. Lost/Stolen orders must provide notice within 3 business days of a delivery confirmation for coverage.
    2. Lost/Stolen orders with an order value above $100 will require an affidavit for a claim to be processed.
    3. Undelivered orders must give notice within 14 business days of last tracking update for coverage.

If notice has not been received within the mentioned deadlines, order losses will not be Cherry LA's responsibility.
