In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at email@example.com with photos within 3 days of receiving the product.
If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Cherry LA's responsibility. Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses.
Due to the nature of the Archive Sales, all sales are final and no exchanges will be authorized.
Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.
Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be Cherry LA's responsibility if unmet.
All orders are protected with complimentary protection with the following terms & conditions:
- Lost/Stolen orders must provide notice within 3 business days of a delivery confirmation for coverage.
- Lost/Stolen orders with an order value above $100 will require an affidavit for a claim to be processed.
- Undelivered orders must give notice within 14 business days of last tracking update for coverage.
If notice has not been received within the mentioned deadlines, order losses will not be Cherry LA's responsibility.
