Cherry aims to ensure our customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
Please note:
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
• In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
• U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
• Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
U.S. customers can begin the return process here. To complete your return, follow these steps:
• In the Returns Portal, please enter the email used to complete your order followed by the order. #, or tracking #
• Once the return form is submitted, a prepaid UPS return label will be generated.
• Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging, including any hangtags, and send using the attached prepaid UPS return label. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items not returned in their original condition may not be accepted.
• We will notify you as soon as your item is received and processed. Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items.
We offer two exchange options: Instant Exchange and Standard Exchange.
1. Instant Exchange:
• Your exchange is initiated immediately upon submission, securing inventory for the items you want to exchange.
• A $1.00 hold is placed on your credit card.
• A return label is generated for you to send back your original order within 14 days.
• If the original order is not returned within 14 days, the full exchange amount will be charged to your card.
2. Standard Exchange:
• Your exchange order is processed once your return is delivered and processed in the system.
All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping. You will receive an email with your new order number. We are unable to cancel exchange orders due to our extremely efficient processing times.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur import duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We do our best to accommodate order changes prior to fulfillment. However, changes after the order is placed are not guaranteed. Once fulfillment begins, we’re unable to make any modifications.
Cherry LA is not responsible for unmet requests made after your order is confirmed.
When you opt in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included — allowing you to return any item in your order for a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
If you choose not to purchase return coverage, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns must follow the guidelines in our Return Policy.
